    • 4 slices Bacon
    • 4 oz Chicken

    • 6 oz Broccoli florets
    • 2 9 oz bags Brussels sprouts
  • Baking & Spices

    • 1 tsp Black pepper
    • 1 tsp Garlic or 2 cloves of, fresh
    • 1/2 tsp Garlic salt

Directions

  • Heat your skillet up to medium high and add your bacon pieces.
  • While your bacon is cooking, steam your broccoli and cook your chicken using your own preferred method.
  • Once your bacon is crispy, remove from the skillet and transfer to a paper towel lined plate. Reserve 1 - 2 tablespoons of bacon grease.
  • Lower the heat to medium and add your brussels sprouts to the same skillet and cook covered for 10-12 minutes, stirring every few minutes.
  • After your brussels sprouts are nice and tender, add your garlic, garlic salt and pepper. Cook until garlic is fragrant.
  • Add your chicken and broccoli and gently toss.
  • Serve immediately.
