    • 1 Egg yolk
  • Condiments

    • 10 drops Liquid stevia or 1 tablespoon maple syrup/honey
  • Baking & Spices

    • 3 tbsp Almond flour
    • 1 pinch Bakings soda
    • 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
    • 1 Dark chocolate chips
    • 1 pinch Salt
    • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Oils & Vinegars

    • 1 tbsp Coconut oil

Ingredients

  • 1/2 ripe avocado, mashed
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
  • 10-20 drops liquid stevia or 1 tablespoon maple syrup/honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons almond flour
  • pinch of bakings soda
  • pinch of salt
  • dark chocolate chips, optional

Directions

  • In a small bowl or mug mix together the mashed avocado, egg yolk, sweetener, coconut oil and vanilla extract until combined
  • Add the almond flour, baking soda, cocoa powder and salt and mix together.
  • Microwave on HIGH for 90 seconds. Top with chocolate chips. Allow the brownie to cool for a minute and enjoy!
  • Or
  • Transfer the brownie batter to a couple of small ramekin dishes and bake in an oven preheated to 350°F/180°C for 15-20 minutes or until the middle is cooked all the way. Top with chocolate chips and enjoy!
